As an artist working across performance art and painting, my practice investigates the persistent realities of sexual violence and gender inequality within contemporary social structures. While structural progress has been made toward gender equality, unequal power relations and gender-based violence remain deeply embedded in everyday life. Grounded in personal experience yet critically engaged with contemporary social realities, my work confronts these systemic issues head-on.

           I employ my own body as the primary medium to articulate lived experiences, memory, and the psychological weight of oppression. Within my practice, the body functions not merely as a physical presence, but as a site of representation that materializes invisible trauma, provoking critical dialogue and reflection. Through these performances, I construct environments that invite audiences to confront and interrogate the social dynamics at play. A central focus of my inquiry is the objectification of women through the 'male gaze'—a mechanism that diminishes female autonomy and humanity. By destabilizing these structures of power, my work encourages viewers to reflect on their roles as observers, witnesses, and participants within systems that normalize gender-based violence.

          My performance practice is inherently site-responsive, shifting dynamically in relation to space, time, cultural environment, and audience participation. Resisting fixed definitions, each piece adapts to its specific presentation, fostering fluid dialogues with diverse social contexts and opening up spaces for collective interpretation and mutual exchange.
